MY DIET PLAN HAS STARTED !!!!!
TARGET : 66 KG
for some of you who dont know me well enough , i was previously over 100 kg. (107 to be excact)
then i managed to slim down to 70+ kg. (no pills , no slimming centres , but just determination) *** but due to many temptations, my weight now is 77
so, die die must reach 66!!!!!!!!!!!
Heres my diet plan for the next few months.
#1 : ONLY plain water
#2 : Eat less , NOT dont eat
#3 : NO sweet stuffs ( BIG NO NO ! )
#4 : A fruit a day
#5 : Consume less carbo ( etc rice, flour )
#6 : Strictly NO eating 3-4 hours before you sleep ( food takes time to digest )
#7 : Exercise is a MUST
this is somehow similar to a diet plan known as Atkins Diet. go google it for more information
I've done it once , and this WILL be my second. so wish me all the best! ^_^
